Unlike platforms that take 10-20% of each booking, Graindevue charges a flat €29/month subscription fee with zero commission. You keep 100% of your earnings minus only standard Stripe processing fees (1.5% + €0.25) for card payments. For cash, check, or bank transfer payments, there are no fees at all.

You control your payment terms for each booking. Set your deposit percentage (25-100%), choose when the balance is due (before session, on session day, after session, or on delivery), and accept multiple payment methods (card, cash, check, bank transfer). For last-minute bookings, the system can automatically require 100% upfront payment.

Yes. Contracts are digitally signed by both parties and include all essential terms: deliverables, payment schedule, cancellation policies, and image rights. Contracts are generated from templates tailored to your package specifications.

The standard plan includes 100GB of storage with no bandwidth limits—your clients can download their photos as many times as they need. You can also share external gallery links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) directly through the platform if you prefer to host photos elsewhere.

Absolutely. Cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees. Your profile becomes invisible to new clients, but your existing bookings and project data are preserved. If you resubscribe later, everything is exactly where you left it.

You can accept card payments (processed via Stripe), cash, check, or bank transfer. You choose which methods to offer for each booking, and can set different options for deposit and balance payments. Card payments are confirmed instantly; for other methods, you manually confirm when payment is received.
